Mothers' Union Soup
Mothers' Union Soup is being served at Restaurants, Cafes and Garden Centres throughout the Diocese of Chester. Soup made using Mothers' Union recipes is served and 5p of the money paid for each bowl is given to Mothers' Union for our Soup Project in Southern Africa. Diocese of Chester Mothers' Union send money each year to fund soup kitchens, where local Mothers' Union members feed many thousands of children. For many of them, this is their only hot meal of the day.

The soup project was launched in Chester Cathedral Refectory. Pictured with the Bishop of Chester and the refectory chef are some of the members who provided the soup recipes.
