Building Better Branches
Diocese of Chester Mothers’ Union Deanery leaders, secretaries and treasurers and Branch leaders, secretaries and treasurers are invited to a training session in July.
Venues and Dates:
Tuesday 6th July 1.00 - 4.30 p.m. St Michael & All Angels, Little Neston, Wirral
Tuesday 13th July 1.00 - 4.30 p.m. St John’s, Knutsford
Anyone is welcome to attend either session, they will be exactly the same

Sponsored Walk for Mothers’ Union Literacy Fund
On Whit Sunday 23rd May 2010 Chester Diocesan President, Angela Klabou and Action and Outreach Coordinator, Sue Pearson took part in the Wirral Coastal Walk. Thousands of people take part in this event, raising money for many different charities. We think it is the first time that someone has walked for Mothers’ Union Funds. Angela writes: ’We did it! 15 miles and not too many aches and pains! We completed the Wirral Coastal Walk in lovely sunshine in aid of the Literacy Fund. Please send in your sponsorship money to the Diocesan Office!’
