What a thrill to follow in the footsteps of Aidan, Bede and Cuthbert.
From beginning to end the pilgrimage was an experience to treasure. Wonderful fellowship.
It was lovely to visit places I had wanted to see for sometime, but the fellowship and the different acts of worship helped to make this a very inspiring pilgrimage, which will live in my memory for a long time.
Thank you to our Diocesan Chaplain, Father Michael Burgess and our Faith and Policy Unit Coordinator, Sally Spencer for organising this Pilgrimage for us.
